Wow, what a journey this has been. I want to extend huge thank you to every single one of you who have battled Spinal Muscular Atrophy right alongside of me. When I sat down to write this short letter of thanks, I found myself at a loss, for it is truly impossible to describe the immense of amount of gratitude that I’m filled with when I think of Angie’s Hope. As our community has united in the effort to rid this single, rare neuromuscular disease, we’ve all etched each other, this cause, and the spirit of helping others into our unique, individual life stories. The story of Angie’s Hope is one that I will never stop sharing. The generous souls of each of you who have contributed to our cause in some way, whether big or small, are forever engrained in my heart.
